Privacy Policy

RolloutGrade operates Rollout. For account, billing and website data, RolloutGrade is the data controller. For client data a studio stores in Rollout, the studio is the controller and we process it on the studio's behalf.

Data we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, password): to create and secure your account — contract.
• Studio data (services, schedules, rooms, team): to provide the Service — contract.
• Client data (name, email, bookings, attendance, intake answers, waiver acceptances, notes): to run bookings for the studio — contract / studio's legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you — legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the product — legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails: only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run Rollout (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, AI processing for the studio terminal).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. After closure, data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law (such as tax records).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know and delete. EEA/UK users may complain to their supervisory authority. Studio clients should contact their studio first. We respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Data is processed in the United States. Where data comes from the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level permissions so each studio only sees its own data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your selected studio. We do not use advertising cookies.
